Terms & Conditions:

1. Check in at Whiston Hall is from 2pm till 8pm on the day of your arrival, and payment in full is required on registration at Whiston Hall.
2. We accept all major credit or debit cards.
3. Departure from rooms in the morning is 10 am.
4. No pets are allowed in the accommodation.
5. There is 72 hour cancellation policy on rooms otherwise full payment will be taken ,to clarify this, if a room(s) is/are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival the whole balance is redeemable.
6. All deposits are non-refundable.
7. All rooms are non-smoking.
8. Any damage or breakages will be charged to your room.
